Lightly cleaned long ago, now retoned glossy light olive and steel. Mostly smooth but there are a few microscopic planchet chips on both sides, a pair of tiny pits on the forehead, a small patch of granularity on the shoulder, and traces of microscopic roughness in the field above the knees of the seated figure. The details on the reverse are sharper than those on the obverse, as usual on this variety. Struck slightly off center to K-10 leaving the tops of CTORI off the planchet; otherwise the legends are complete and the date is strong. Weight 119.1 grains.
