Sharpness VF20 but recolored glossy light to medium brown mottled with darker olive brown on the reverse. It appears only the obverse was recolored. The surfaces are smooth and the only marks are two very light rim bruises; one at star 13 and another at IC in AMERICA. Nicely struck EDS. The overdate feature is clear.
