Significantly sharper where struck properly but covered with fine porosity with traces of greenish verdigris in some of the protected areas on the obverse. The only mark is a nick at the top of E in ET. Slightly glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown highpoints. Very rare latest die state with strong swelling on the obverse and massive die breaks on the reverse, essentially a shattered die. Struck slightly off center to K-2. The date is a faint ghost but the 78 can be made out. Weight 123.5 grains.
