An ET LIR variety. Glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown toning covering the devices creating an attractive two-tone effect. No corrosion or verdigris, just a few planchet chips in the center of the reverse. The only notable contact mark is a thin diagonal nick close off the chin. Struck at least 5% off center to K-2 leaving the lower two-thirds of the date off the planchet and portions of the legend as well. The ET LIR error is still visible. Weight 115.8 grains.
