Very attractive glossy tan and light brown blending to light olive and medium brown in protected areas. The planchet is smooth except for chipping on the head and neck of the portrait, strongest in the hair right of the eye, and in the opposing area in the middle of the reverse. Only trivial contact marks of no significance. The obverse is off center a bit to the top while the reverse is nicely centered on the planchet. Struck with the reverse rotated about 45 degrees clockwise relative to a normal head-to-foot die orientation. The date and legends are complete and strong. Weight a very hefty 175.9 grains.

Ex Stack’s 9/8/1993:1030 (plated)-Tony Terranova.
