Glossy light to medium brown with mostly smooth surfaces. No corrosion, verdigris, or significant contact marks. The only defects are a shallow fissure at NNE, a smaller one on the bust, and a deeper one down the upper part of the seated figure. Nicely struck on the left half, weaker on the right. Most of the date is off the planchet (as usual), but the top is still visible. Minor swelling shows in the field before the portrait. Weight 140.7 grains.
