Very attractive frosty light chocolate brown. Sharply struck and nearly flawless, just lightly worn on the devices. The only defects are a tiny planchet fissure between the W & E in WEALTH and another in the center of the shield. Neither flaw is distracting and this piece has excellent eye appeal. Nicely centered and well struck; only the bottom of the 1 is tight to the edge of the planchet. Our grade is EF40. The attribution and Donald G. Partrick Collection provenance are noted on the NGC label.
