Technically better, perhaps VF30, but a bit dull thanks to very fine roughness covering both sides, particularly the obverse. Slightly glossy dark olive brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. No notable planchet flaws. Nicely centered with a full date and legends. Late die state with dull die clashmarks on the obverse, strongest on the left side where the leg of the seated figure created a depression in the field below TO in AUCTORI. An interesting die state not represented in the Taylor, Perkins, and Ford collections. Weight 140.0 grains.
