Glossy light olive and steel brown blending to reddish brown in protected areas on the obverse. The surfaces are smooth except for a few trivial planchet flakes on both sides, mostly on the softly struck areas on the head and the opposing area at the top of the globe on the reverse. Struck very slightly off center to K-2 but the date and legends are complete and clear. A small dig at the bottom of the shield is the only notable mark, and it can help identify this piece. Weight 130.8 grains.
Ex Mike Ringo (privately for $1250) (includes the Ringo collection envelope)
